At Jalaram Gruh Udhyog, we take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality products. Since our products are food items, returns are not accepted.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in proper condition, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must contact our support team via call within the given timeframe.
- A full unboxing video recording from opening the package is mandatory for verification.
- The video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and damaged product without any cuts or edits.
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- No unboxing video is provided.
- Request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Product has been partially consumed or tampered with.
- Damage caused due to improper storage after delivery.
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds. Approved cases will only be eligible for product exchange or replacement based on verification by our team.
